Corinne Celko is the Managing Shareholder of Emerge Law Group, P.C., the first full-service law firm in Oregon to serve the cannabis and psychedelics industries. Emerge's lawyers were the primary drafters of Oregon's cannabis legalization measure (Measure 91) and of Oregon's Psilocybin Services Act (Measure 109). Corinne joined Emerge to lead its land use and development practice. She has experience advocating at local government hearings, moving through the local land use application process, and handling cases before the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals. Corinne assists clients with obtaining local government permit and entitlement approvals for a wide variety of development projects, with an emphasis in the cannabis and psychedelics industries. She participated in several local government proceedings to establish regulations for psilocybin businesses. Corinne is committed to helping clients move nimbly and efficiently through the land use and development approval process so that their projects can become a reality.
